By 1985, growing demand led to our first expansion to an eight-bay facility.
In 1997, we became one of the first independent shops in the region to invest heavily in computerized diagnostics, recognizing the increasing complexity of vehicle systems. The torch was passed to the next generation in 2008 when John's daughter Emma, a certified master technician with an MBA, took over leadership. Under her guidance, we modernized operations, enhanced our customer communication systems, and expanded our expertise to include hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
Today, we operate from our state-of-the-art 15,000 square foot facility, purpose-built in 2015 to maximize efficiency and environmental responsibility.
